Samsung will debut a solar-powered touch phone at the upcoming Mobile World Conference 2009 called the Samsung Blue Earth phone, according to PC Magazine. The normal-sized phone comes equipped with a solar panel on the back that Samsung claims can provide enough power for the phone, though no one has been able to test it.
